We will gladly accept the return of components that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship that cannot be repaired onsite. Our 3D printers were designed for easy replacement of parts for maintenance and upgrades. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
